Callidus Software said Pfizer has chosen iCentera Sales Enablement SaaS platform to support its sales team in the US, which includes internal sales, contract sales and channel partners.iCentera is a provider of SaaS-based sales enablement solutions.

The iCentera platform provides easy-to-use solutions for business users that incorporate automated content management, portal creation, and built-in trend and behavior analytics through an implementation that is running and available within days.

Pfizer Sales Operations team leader Jeffrey LiPira said with the iCentera Sales Enablement solution, they can deliver targeted product information in real-time across their distributed sales network and increase their sales force productivity through more knowledgeable sales people.

Callidus Software Sales Enablement vice president Craig Nelson said the iCentera Sales Enablement solution is a SaaS and mobile-based platform that equips sales professionals with up-to-date, audience-relevant information.

“With iCentera, businesses can ensure that their teams have the right content, tools, and resources for each buyer to help them drive customer value and win,” Nelson said.
