Bizerba’s solution portfolio now includes filling systems as well. Following the merger with Busch, a Swiss company, the weighing specialist now integrates competencies in filling technology into the companies’ joint portfolio. Bizerba’s fully and semi-automatic filling solutions target the chemical, food, building material, paint and lacquer and pharmaceutical industries.
Semi-automatic filling system FSL-PRO M
Filling systems can be used for a variety of liquids ranging from building materials, paints, lacquers, chemicals and medicines to food products. Safely filling different containers is a key processing step in all of these industries. Semi-automatic filling systems like the FSL-Pro M can weigh liquids to the gram and safely pack them as well. They can even handle flammable, foamy and corrosive liquids. In the fully-automatic systems, the containers are automatically transported to the filling station and then conveyed automatically as well. Customers wishing to operate even more efficiently can expand the system for closing and labeling the products after filling.
