Kindeva, a global drug delivery contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), has today announced the appointment of Mike Cowhig to the role of Chief Legal Officer, to drive legal strategy, enterprise risk management and corporate governance across the organization.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Mike has previously held several Senior Leadership positions, including divisional General Counsel, highlighting his extensive expertise in successfully managing large-scale manufacturing projects across diverse markets whilst upholding the highest ethical business practices.
As part of his role, Mike will be responsible for aligning legal initiatives with Kindeva’s growth objectives, nurturing customer relations, and providing legal counsel for business-critical challenges. In addition to evolving Kindeva’s compliance program in the face of regulatory changes and managing all aspects of global corporate governance.
