Peli BioThermal, the life science industry’s partner from discovery to distribution, announces the opening of its newest full service network station in Valencia, Calif. The new location supports California’s more than 1,800 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with cold chain solutions from discovery of new therapies through distribution of commercial products.

“Multiple California cities rank in the top 10 U.S. locations for pharmaceutical research and development. Two of those cities are in Southern California,” said Dominic Hyde, Peli BioThermal Vice President. “A full service, Peli BioThermal owned location near some of the biggest pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the world furthers our commitment to expand our global network in ways that support customer growth and convenience.”

California is a leader in life science innovation with nearly 1,400 therapies in the pipeline from California companies, according to the 2020 California Life Science Sector Report by PwC and the California Life Sciences Association. Southern California companies including Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Genentech and more are on the forefront of this innovation, working globally as they develop and deliver pharmaceutical products to the world.

Peli BioThermal’s newest location is situated 65 miles from the Port of Los Angeles, the busiest container port in North America, and near Los Angeles International Airport, Ontario International Airport Southern California and Burbank Airport. The 54,000 square foot space offers conditioning and refurbishment services for customer-owned inventory, as well as the company’s Crēdo™ on Demand and Crēdo™ on Reserve rental programs, which provide high performance, flexible rental for Crēdo™ Cargo, Crēdo Xtreme™ and Crēdo Cube™ temperature controlled shippers.

The Valencia network station joins more than 30 network stations and drop points around the world. Visit www.pelibiothermal.com to learn more about the wide range of Peli BioThermal products and offerings.
