Abbott Norge AS, a health care company, has deployed Cegedim’s cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution, Mobile Intelligence.
Abbott also uses another pharma cloud-based mobile solution OneKey designed to improve targeting and segmentation.
The technology powered by Onekey will help Abbott’s Epidemiology, Immunology,Market Access,Medical and Specialty Care commercial teams to maximize connections with integral stakeholders.
The mobile intelligence solution features cloud-based technology, a 360° view of all customer profiles and a consistent Graphical User Interface (GUI) online and offline.
