DECHEMA, EEPC INDIA and Messe Frankfurt India brought together more than 200 industry leaders, business stakeholders and professionals from India’s process, chemical, pharmaceutical and engineering sectors at a Networking Evening in New Delhi on 8 September 2026. Held at Hotel Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi, the event focused on industry interactions, knowledge exchange and business networking, while highlighting opportunities for stronger collaboration between Indian and international stakeholders across the process industries.
The programme included a welcome address by Shri Adhip Mitra, Executive Director, EEPC INDIA, followed by a presentation from Mr. Andreas Konert, Director Marketing & Sales – DECHEMA Exhibitions, and an address by Ms. Alesya Deyanova, Show Manager – ACHEMA Middle East, Messe Frankfurt Middle East GmbH. Shri Pankaj Chadha, Chairman, EEPC, also addressed the gathering. A key development during the evening was the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) between DECHEMA and EEPC INDIA. The agreement marks a step towards strengthening cooperation and establishing further opportunities for engagement between the two organisations, reflecting their shared commitment to industry connections, international cooperation and business opportunities across the engineering and process-industry ecosystem.
The event also placed a spotlight on ACHEMA 2027, the World Forum and Leading Show for Life Science and Process Industries. Discussions highlighted opportunities for Indian companies and industry professionals to engage with global technology providers, researchers, decision-makers and business leaders across chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, process engineering and related industries. Senior representatives from organisations including Hexa Pack Machinery Pvt. Ltd., Sai Scientific Instruments, Asian Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Live Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., and many others from India’s process and engineering industries participated in the gathering. The evening concluded with a networking dinner, allowing attendees to continue discussions and establish professional connections in an informal setting.
The gathering reinforced the role of industry collaboration between Indian stakeholders and international platforms. Through initiatives such as the Networking Evening, DECHEMA, EEPC INDIA and Messe Frankfurt India aim to support stronger industry relationships, encourage knowledge exchange and create avenues for international business engagement. ACHEMA 2027 will continue this dialogue on a global platform, bringing together the international process industry and providing opportunities to explore emerging technologies, innovations and business partnerships.
