As part of their “growth by acquisition” strategy, the pharmaceutical recruitment company; Pharma Consulting Group (PCG) has recently acquired Surrey based CSL Recruitment and Consulting Ltd.
The acquisition, which took place on the 15th of March 2013, will bring together more than 100 contractors, as well as an increasing number of permanent placements. This will give PCG a significant client portfolio, including some of the top ten Biotech’s, CRO’s and Pharmaceutical Companies in the UK and Europe, and they claim, will help them to become widely recognised as the ‘go to’ recruitment agency of choice.The Pharma Consulting Group team is driven by two highly dynamic Director’s, both of whom have significant experience creating successful start-ups: Richard Tupman (Group CEO and founder), amassed over 20 years in Pharma Recruitment before starting PCG in 2010; and together with Jonathan Smith (MD), who’s skills in creating internet and telecoms business’, are helping Richard and the rest of the team to create what looks like a formidable force in pharmaceutical recruitment in Europe.
