This expansion creates the industry’s largest pharma AI engineering initiative, addressing growing customer demand to deploy, scale, and operationalize enterprise artificial intelligence across commercial, medical, and market access functions.
The expansion marks one of the company’s largest strategic investments in AI talent development to date. Originally launched approximately 12 months ago, the Forward Deployed Engineering model was structured on the premise that the future of artificial intelligence in the life sciences sector depends on operationalizing models into complex enterprise environments to deliver measurable business outcomes. Today, these engineers are embedded directly within life sciences organizations to deploy production-grade solutions across operational domains.
