InfoMedics Expands in Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific

InfoMedics, Inc., the leader in patient-physician communications programs, announced today further expansion of its global presence with the opening of a new office in Paris and an extension of its programs in Latin America and the Asian Pacific region. The company also announced the appointment of two executives to lead the company’s strategy in these high-growth pharmaceutical markets.
InfoMedics offers patient-physician communications programs for pharmaceutical clients in more than 20 countries outside the United States. Programs are fully customized to comply with international, country-specific, and pharma company codes of practice.

InfoMedics’ continued expansion in the European, Latin American and Asian-Pacific regions is the outcome of significant regional demand for its programs. The company’s growth in the Latin American region continues to be supported by their partner, Signufarma. The two companies first partnered in 2007 to add the InfoMedics platform to the company’s compliance programs.

“International business development is one of the key elements of our growth strategy this year,” states Gene Guselli, president and CEO, InfoMedics. “We’re seeing an increased demand from pharma clients for both our customized integrated marketing solutions offered in the US and unbranded, comprehensive, disease management programs internationally that engage patients throughout their journey to health.”

The company appointed two new regional directors to help respond to the demand for InfoMedics’ solutions. Mathieu Nabet will lead European expansion efforts from within the new Parisian office, and Amy Weickert will assume the account director position for the Latin American and Asian Pacific regions. Nabet comes to InfoMedics from Warner Chilcott France (formerly Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals France), where he served as customer marketing and partnerships manager, overseeing the Customer Strategy team. Meanwhile, Weickert, a 10-year InfoMedics veteran, most recently served as senior director of marketing for InfoMedics, directing marketing strategy and overseeing all external communications for the company.

“Europe plays home to some of the world’s largest, most respected pharmaceutical brands and establishing a steady presence here validates the opportunity InfoMedics and our pharma clients see in patient feedback programs,” said Mathieu Nabet, account director, InfoMedics Europe. “I am excited to bring our platform for improved patient-physician communications to our European clients, drive strong business results in these markets, and continue fueling the company’s global growth.”

About InfoMedics

InfoMedics, Inc. works with biopharmaceutical marketers to break down walls that exist in health communications and enable doctors and patients to better communicate about a treatment experience. We facilitate this communication by inviting patients to provide feedback to their prescribing physician and then deliver that feedback in a meaningful format directly to the physician. Patient feedback is invited through existing brand message channels and then delivered through a voice and web platform. Our goal is to help physicians make more informed choices and patients to have a better care experience. Our approach is rooted in behavioral science which enables our biopharmaceutical clients to learn what makes some patients stick to the treatment plan, while others stop.

InfoMedics works with the world’s top pharmaceutical companies, with brands, large and small, and at all stages and challenges that arise during the product lifecycle. Years of experience has generated proven results: the company’s programs increase brand awareness and loyalty among prescribing physicians and improves adherence among prescribed patients
