Adec Solutions, a part of the Adec Group of Companies, has collaborated with Zuellig Pharma to built a pharmaceutical and healthcare-focused knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) powerhouse. The new organisation will run under the name Pharma KPO and will be incorporated in Singapore.Pharma KPO aims to take advantage of business opportunities by providing processes to fill the demand for alternative service delivery models, with a focus on information technology, BPO, KPO, shared services and general administrative and support functions.
Adec Solutions provides BPO solutions to clients which include document management solutions, finance and accounting solutions, healthcare solutions, logistics administration, sustainability process management solutions and legal solutions.
