Responsible for uniting insights and strategy across Inizio Ignite’s global ecosystem, Remco op den Kelder will continue to lead the organization as Global President. With over 25 years of experience in the sector, Remco will focus on facilitating growth for Ignite and connecting the team’s expertise to deliver meaningful results for clients and the patients they serve.
Dermot Kenny will lead Ignite’s integrated STEM and Research Partnership team as Group President, unifying strategic insight, benchmarking, and research excellence. By applying rigorous insight generation alongside AI-enabled analytics, Dermot’s team will deliver insights that are robust, scalable, and directly linked to accelerating performance.
Matt Riordan will continue to oversee the Putnam team as Group President, leading the strategic application of scientific rigor, real-world evidence, and advanced analytics across medical, value, pricing, and access, and commercial strategy. His leadership strengthens Ignite’s ability to translate evidence into confident, strategic decisions across global markets.
Focused on ensuring strategy moves into execution, Haben Debessay, succeeding Jeff Dill, will lead Vynamic to further embed delivery into the Ignite solution – combining health industry expertise, consulting rigor, and execution to make transformation real and sustainable at scale. Jeff Dill will transition to Group President of the Innovation & Growth team, where he will lead data and AI, sales, and commercial enablement – driving Ignite’s innovation and growth engine and ensuring its connected solutions are differentiated, scalable, and client-led.
To support the integration and operational scale of Inizio Ignite, Emma Dennehy has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Emma will align operational models, capabilities, and delivery across Ignite – ensuring a seamless client experience and consistent impact across Inizio’s global advisory solutions.
