Dr. Emma Rhodes, PhD, is the Operations Director, Production at the Cramlington, UK facility of Sterling Pharma Solutions. Holding a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, she has built a continuous career with the organization since 2001. Over a span of more than two decades, she has advanced through key technical and leadership roles serving initially as a Development Chemist and Laboratory Manager in R&D, moving into project management within the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, and later holding senior appointments including Head of Research and Development and Head of New Product Introduction (NPI) before stepping into her current executive operations and production role in 2025.
