The 4th Annual “Internet + Pharma” Service Innovation Conference, which was part of the 90th PHARMCHINA event in Guangzhou, was greatly impacted by Fangzhou Inc., a major leader in Internet medical solutions. Over 300 individuals who operate in the field witnessed the AI-powered healthcare environment.
The conference took place at a time when China was fast pressing ahead with its intentions to make its healthcare system digital.  The revised Pharmaceutical Industry Digital Transformation Implementation Plan for 2025–2030 is the main reason for this move.  Seven main regulatory bodies worked together to produce the strategy. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the National Health Commission, and the Ministry of Commerce are some of them. It gives the industry a plan on how to change to digital.
Dr. Xie Fangmin, who started Fangzhou and is now its chairman and CEO, said that the company is in accordance with national aspirations. Â He went on to say, “Our H2H (Hospital-to-Home) smart healthcare ecosystem uses cutting-edge AI tools that are in line with China’s healthcare industry roadmap and help make healthcare more accessible.”
AI-Powered Healthcare
Guo Zhi, Fangzhou’s Senior Vice President of Technology, made a keynote lecture on the latest updates to the company’s AI-driven H2H smart healthcare ecosystem.  He spoke about how the platform’s cutting-edge technique to minimise the risk of hallucinations in massive medical language models and how AI-assisted intelligent pre-consultation may make things more efficient and make patients happier.  “AI is changing healthcare from being based on people to being based on algorithms.” This demonstrates that Fangzhou is focused on fixing the country’s two biggest healthcare problems: an ageing population and growing medical requirements.
AI Transformation is a Strategic Must
The company’s objective fits in with bigger shifts in policy.  China’s healthcare agenda is placing more and more stress on AI. The Implementation Plan indicates that two of the most critical things that need to happen for development to happen are to become digital and use AI.  Regulations are helping this push to get healthcare firms all throughout the country to use smart technology in their work.
Fangzhou said again that it is committed to advancing the application of AI in many sectors of healthcare since it has strong institutional support and demand is growing. It is also still working on its smart environment in line with national aspirations.
