At Rutek we seek to continuously optimise our processes, update machinery and retrain employees to produce as efficiently as possible. The latest machinery investment is a new Faccin 3,100mm roller, which is already installed and ready to produce.
“The new roller can roll stainless steel in an effective wire width of 3,000mm and a thickness of up to 12mm. It means better prices for many of our customers who demand larger issues, because we already have a 3,000mm automatic plasma welder and 3,000mm machine shears. Especially for stainless-steel tanks with a wrap height of more than 2,500mm, we now produce more efficiently as we can utilise our cutting / welding / rolling line optimal,” says owner Martin Bak. “Also in the production of larger cones and ends of thought which we are known for, we will now be more competitive.”
Rutek produces stainless-steel tanks, pressure tanks, containers and special constructions.
