Chesapeake Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Packaging is set to take over Cortegra Group from Menasha.Cortegra Group is a US based producer of pharmaceutical leaflets and labels and provides packaging and labeling services to the healthcare and related industries.
Chesapeake CEO Mike Cheetham said the acquisition extends their product range, customer base and their geographical reach.”We will continue to look at further opportunities to strengthen our integrated supply network in other regions both through acquisitions and customer-focused investment,” Cheetham said.
