Movianto France, the logistics and distribution company specialising in pharmaceuticals and healthcare has expanded its presence in France by opening a second warehouse in Orléans.

Alongside the present warehouse, near the airport Charles-de-Gaulle in Paris, which has a capacity of 20,000 pallets, the experts for pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics have also opened a second warehouse in St-Cyr-en-Val, near Orléans to cater for the needs of a large pharmaceutical company.

The site near Orléans began operations recently and has a capacity of approximately 20,000 pallets including cold chain and controlled drug storage facilities. This boosts Movianto France’s total capacity to 40,000 pallet spaces across the country.

As all the 13 other wholly-owned business units, Movianto in France offers its clients streamlined warehousing and transportation services, as well as a range of specialised services designed to meet the specific needs of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Services such as cold chain logistics, repackaging and relabelling, clinical trials management, coupled with Radio Frequency (RF) technology for stock management, batch traceability and picking activities round off the offerings supplied by Movianto in France.
